## About Counting Stars

A cluster of gently pulsing stars glows against a starfield, and your job is to count them and tap the matching number. Each game runs ten rounds: the first rounds show just a star or two, and the count climbs each round up to a cap of twenty. Four answer buttons appear every round - the right number plus three close decoys - and a correct pick rewards a streak multiplier worth more the longer you keep it going.

Counting Stars is a free educational game that you can play instantly on FastPlayGames.com. No download or registration required — just click and play on any device.

## How to Play Counting Stars

Each round, count the pulsing stars and tap one of the four numbers at the bottom of the screen. A correct answer scores ten points times your current streak, so a longer run of right answers is worth more each time. A wrong answer simply resets your streak and highlights the correct button in green - it never deducts points and never ends the game. After ten rounds you reach a Great Job screen with your final score.

## Controls

Look at the stars on screen and tap or click the matching number from the four choice buttons below them.

## Counting Stars Tips & Strategies

1. Count slowly and carefully before tapping, since the four choices are deliberately close in value.
2. Keep a clean streak going, because each correct answer scores ten times the streak length.
3. Later rounds pack in more stars (up to twenty), so group them in twos or threes as you count.
