## About Cannon Blast

Fifteen artillery levels stand between you and the YOU WIN screen, each one a fresh terrain layout dotted with red bullseye target blocks. Every cannonball traces a gravity-bound parabolic arc, and where it strikes the ground it dents a crater into the hilly terrain. You aim either by moving the mouse or finger, which sets angle and power from the cursor position, or with the arrow keys (angle 0 to 90 degrees, power 3 to 15), then fire with a click, tap, or Space while a dashed trajectory preview helps you line up.

Your shot budget tightens as you climb (max of 3 or 8 minus a third of the level), while the number of 30-pixel targets grows to a cap of five and tougher targets gain extra hit points (1 plus a fifth of the level), shown above them. From level 5 on, wind pushes the ball every frame, with an on-screen indicator showing direction with arrows and a strength number. Clearing all targets scores 100 times the level number per target plus 50 for each unused shot, and your best run is saved locally.

## How to Play Cannon Blast

Set the cannon's angle and power with the mouse, touch, or arrow keys, then fire with a click, tap, or Space and watch the ball arc over the terrain. Destroy every target on the level to advance. Your shots are limited, so be efficient, and from level 5 onward account for the wind shown by the on-screen indicator. Sturdier targets take more than one hit. Clear all 15 levels to reach the YOU WIN screen.

## Controls

Aim by moving the mouse or touch (angle and power follow the cursor), or use the arrow keys (angle 0 to 90, power 3 to 15). Fire with a click, tap, or Space. A dashed trajectory preview shows while aiming.

## Cannon Blast Tips & Strategies

1. Fire a ranging shot first to read the distance, then refine your angle and power.
2. Use the dashed trajectory preview to line up tricky shots before committing.
3. Aim slightly high so the cannonball's arc drops onto the target.
4. From level 5 on, read the wind arrows and strength number and adjust your aim into the wind.
5. Save shots: clearing a level adds 50 points for every unused shot, on top of the per-target score.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### How many levels does Cannon Blast have?

Exactly 15. The HUD shows your current level out of 15, and clearing the last one brings up a YOU WIN screen.

### Does wind affect the shots?

Yes, from level 5 onward. An on-screen indicator shows the wind direction with arrows plus a strength number, and the wind nudges your cannonball every frame so you must aim to compensate.

### How does scoring work?

Each target destroyed scores 100 times the level number, and clearing the level adds 50 for every shot you did not use. Tougher targets take more than one hit, shown by a count above them.
