Span the gap with three materials and a tight budget, then send a small car across to see whether your structure holds. You build by placing nodes and connecting them with beams, choosing from Wood ($10, stress limit 5), Steel ($25, stress limit 12), and Rope ($5, stress limit 3) via the on-screen toolbar or the 1, 2, and 3 keys. Your budget is 80 plus 30 per level and the gap to bridge widens by 30 pixels each level, so later levels demand leaner, smarter designs. Press Enter or double-tap to run the test: a red car rolls out and your beams shade from tan toward red as stress builds, snapping with a burst of particles if they pass their material's limit. Clear the crossing to score 100 plus two points for every dollar of budget you left unspent, rewarding efficient builds. If the car drops into the gap the level regenerates and your build is wiped; R resets the level at any time. Levels continue endlessly.

How to Play Bridge Builder

Connect nodes by clicking one node and then another to lay a beam between them, building a span across the gap. Choose Wood, Steel, or Rope, each with a different cost and stress limit, and stay within the level's budget of 80 plus 30 per level. Press Enter or double-tap to send the car across. If the bridge holds you advance; if a beam exceeds its stress limit it snaps and the car falls, wiping the build so you can try again. Leaving budget unspent adds two points per dollar to your score.
