Every roll here comes down to three well-timed taps. The throw is a three-step click, tap, or spacebar sequence: first you lock the horizontal position marker as it slides back and forth across the lane, then you stop the rising vertical power meter, and finally you set the spin meter. Center the spin meter for a straight ball or push it off-center to curve the ball continuously through its slide, since the ball's sideways drift grows a little every frame. Drift within fifteen pixels of either edge and the ball drops into the gutter, killing all its lateral movement. You bowl a full ten frames against the standard 1-2-3-4 pin triangle, with strikes scored by the next two balls and spares by the next one; an on-canvas scoreboard tracks every frame in X and / notation. Your best total is saved locally, and P or Escape pauses mid-game.
